Western Berks Ambulance Association started with people in the Community who cared what was happening.  These people donated their time to volunteer for the organization and made it what it is today.  However, like so many of us, other commitments have distracted us from Community oriented organizations and the time needed to make them prosper.  Western Berks Ambulance realized this trend in the late 1980’s and the first employee was hired to help correct this problem.  Since then we have grown into a multi-faceted organization with many needs, one of those needs still includes volunteers. We are always looking for community oriented people willing to donate a few hours here or there to help our organization help you.  We have a variety of needs within our organization that we could use help with.  Below is a short list of some of them:

  • Board of Directors
  • Office Work
  • Public Relations Events
  • Fund Raising

***Important:  ALL applications must include copies of PA Driver’s License, Social Security Card and any related certifications for the position being applied for.
